We use traditional robust construction materials such as steel, engineered wood and gypsum board - but with all of the benefits of a volumetric methodology.
We Modular builds any building type faster, cheaper and with higher-quality than if it were built traditionally. As a bonus all on-site variables and therefore project risks are eliminated by our solution. Any group of tradesman can "manufacture" a prefab house in their backyard and market it online. The number 1 reason conventional construction is unsustainable is due to wastage and mistake, which happen on-site. The 2nd reason is the usage of eco unfriendly raw materials, like concrete. By completing 95% of construction in the factory, We Modular has practically no waste or overuse of materials. Our choice of raw materials all benefit from a circular economy, such as the structural steel we use. A fun fact is that 90% of steel worldwide is recycled.

Our logistics department coordinates the departure & arrival of the manufactured modules to the site via oversized cargo trailers. Each module is equipped with a airplane-type 'black-box" unit, providing live insights on location, impacts from travel and humidity & temperature readings.

Modules arrive up to 90% completed on-site, where they are stacked and permanently connected by our licensed assembly team. Foundations, utility connections & final touches on the external building envelope are completed by our assembly team and local approved contractors.
